Tweetbot 3 for Twitter. An elegant client for iPhone and iPod touch App Reviews

Its pretty beautiful, I like the new look very much; but the function I used the most, the triple tap to reply, neither exists nor has a substitute.

I think Tweetbot is a very good app. Excellent, by the way. I prefer to use it instead of Twitter official app. Tweetbot doesnt deserve 5 stars because its URL shortening system during a tweet quote. It would be better if it URL-shortened a tweet just before its publication.

Best. Twitter. App. Ever. Cant seem to live without it. 4 stars, though, because it needs more constant updates and features. The native app is catching up and is soon going to render Tweetbot useless.

Where is the direct group messages? Why a single Tweet takes so much more time to goes out and just a single text to post in facebook app goes pretty faster than it under the same connection apeed?

I really want to buy v4, but it is so costly...

Tweetbot is great. For me it is the best iPhone Twitter client out there. But for the life of me I cant stand the Instapaper saving animation. The one the slides down from the top and completely blocks the UI. Until it is finished and gone, there is no way you can interact with Tweetbot anymore. You cant go back from an opened webpage. You cant go back in a conversation. You cant even scroll your timeline. You just have to sit there and wait. And thats a deal breaker for me. So PLEASE change the Instapaper saving animation to something sane like in Reeder 2.

Functionality is great but... Design is so-so, chat doesnt support images, and no real notification history. Quite some impor features. The app feels already a little bit old fashioned

I like this App above all others. Nonetheless I miss two features: 1. Notifications on Retweets and Favs 2. Retweet with Account … (choosing which of the accounts should be used for the retweet)

... - iCloud sync (last read tweet) to other devices with Tweetbot doesnt always work how its supposed to be --> doesnt sync - some websites which offer a mobile version (checked with the same URL in Safari) get opened as desktop version which is really annoying!!

Not optimized for the new OS and it shows. Tweetbot has always been my go to Twitter client on my phone, but sadly I am just noticing too many issues to make it worth while. Please update asap

This is my favorite Twitter client by far. The configurable tab bar is great. Nice ux

Terrific Twitter app. Feels very nice with the iOS 8 and iPhone 6 update and functions well. Good buy!

Finally, optimization for he iPhone 6 Plus is here. Looks really good. However, there a bug where I cant see some of the tweets, or it will cut off in tweets. I can only see one line or so in some tweets, some only show up as blank tweets with a username. Please fix! :(

I regret buying this app, trying to cram too many things and separate everything when it doesnt need to be. The official Twitter app is much more elegant, save your money and go with that.

Other than Tweetbot, all of Tapbots apps have fallen into neglect and decay. Stop clogging the App Store with your old, junky, useless apps if this is the only one youre ever going to update.
